The first phase construction project of the genetic resources research and development center (south) of the Chinese academy of sciences is located in the new north district of changzhou city. The project is located in the life and health industrial park of changzhou national high-tech zone, one of the “one core and eight parks” in changzhou city. It is about 10 kilometers from the center of changzhou city in the south and 5 kilometers from the center of new north district in the east.
The total planned land area of the project is 999,69.04 square meters, and the total planned building area is about 68,300 square meters, including 58,143.57 square meters above ground and 10,130.84 square meters underground. It has two bases of regenerative medicine and modern agriculture, and five platforms of clinical stem cells, regenerative medicine research, clinical medicine transformation, advanced model animal and shennong device.
